Avon Christian Lacroix Ambre

Colors are enriched, vivid and enticing come Autumn. Clothes gets warm & cozy and you really cannot resist the urge to bundle up into a small cocoon. Nature seemingly slows down but the visual of birds slicing the sky with their wings in the midst of their play is priceless whilst the ground is covered in a fiery blaze of leaves. Puddles that are made to be stepped in with your rain boots, warming chilled hands in your lover's pockets and the smell of roasted chestnuts mixing with you favorite perfume from the scarf you're wearing are all the reasons why Autumn is a celebration of life and love and Winter is a blanket that protects that precious love from inquiring looks. If you'd ask me what was that perfume beaming from my favorite scarf – I bet you'd be surprised. Here's a tale of a perfume duo in love my significant half and I have no intention of breaking up – the Avon Christian Lacroix Ambre for Men & Women.

Sa dolaskom jeseni boje su toplije, bogatije i krasan kontrast sivilu kakvo nekada obgrli kuce, ulice i parkove. Odjeca postaje gusca, slojevita i udobnija te se zaista tesko oduprijeti zelji da se umotamo u malu lopticu pletenine. Na prvi pogled priroda usporava no scena ptica u letu cija krila presjecaju nebo u okviru veselog poigravanja dok je tlo posuto tepihom od vatrenog lisca oduzima dah. Lokve kise su kao stvorene da se po njima igraju gumene cizmice, cim hladni zrak ustine ruke one lete u tople dzepove nasih voljenih da budu zagrijane a u zraku se vodi vrckavi ples izmedju mirisa pecenog kestenja i omiljenog mirisa koji isijava sa sala koji grije vas vrat. Sve su to razlozi zbog kojih je jesen proslava zivota, ljubavi a zima je zastitni prekrivac koji stiti dragocjenu ljubav od znatizeljnih pogleda. Ukoliko bi me upitale koji se miris osjeti da dopire sa mog omiljenog sala – vjerujem da bih vas iznenadila. Pricam vam pricu o parfemskom paru u ljubavi koju moja bolja polovica i ja ne namjeravamo razdvajati – rijec je o Avon Christian Lacroix Amre mirisima za muskarca i zenu.

Sure I've tried and wore the previous Christian Lacroix darlings such as the Rouge, Nuit & Absynthe (the latter not being my cup of tea). That's exactly the reason why I was a but wary of the newest installment but within sheer minutes of testing, I was left assured that I held the most beautiful version of them all. If you're indecisive about what to wear this season and you're a bit tired from all the sugary sweet offerings yet you're not feeling the floral bracket – warm, sultry amber is a safe bet. Contrasting shapes of strong, reliable man and the curvaceous, fiery woman fragrances tell the old tale of ‘opposites attract’. Christian Lacroix Ambre for Men EDT (75ml) is a very elegant, warm, classic and sophisticated fragrance. Pepper and bergamot serve as a potent opening, refreshingly tickling your nostrils whilst the substantial cardamom, silky sandalwood and contrasting moss capture the imagination. Base is undeniably made out of amber streams, making the spot where this EDT was applied such a desirable pool of warmth. I was so happy to see my husband use it and enjoy it profoundly. Carrying the bottle with him to work was the ultimate tell-tale of his approval. He told me it's a linear scent that lasts intensively for approx 5h on his skin and then starts to descent in intensity. Sillage is moderate.

Naravno da sam koristila prethodnice Christian Lacroix mirisa (Rouge, Nuit i Absynthe – posljednji mi doduse nije odgovarao senzibilitetu). Upravo iz tog razloga sam oprezno iscekivala posljednju varijaciju no odmah nakon par minuta isprobavanja, bila sam uvjerena da u rukama drzim mozda i meni najprijatnije izdanje Christian Lacroix mirisa do sada. Ukoliko niste odabrale zeljeni miris da vas grije u narednim mjesecima a niste ljubiteljica secerno slatkih niti izrazito cvijetnih nota – topla ambra je idealan odabir. Kontrastni oblici cvrste, pouzdane bocice cistih linija za muskarce te vatrenih, oblih i mekih linija za zene pricaju pricu o tome kako se suprotnosti privlace.  Christian Lacroix Ambre za muskarce EDT (75ml) je jako elegantan, topao, klasican i sofisticiran miris. Biber i bergamot pruzaju otvaranju mirisa snagu, golicajuci nosnice na osvjezavajuci nacin. Potom konkretni kadramon, svilenkasta sandalovina i kontrastna mahovina zaokupljaju mastu. Baza je nepobitno sacinjena od potoka ambre koja cini pulsne tacke na koje je nanesena naprosto – neodoljivim. Bila sam jako sretna kada sam primjetila da suprug konstantno poseze sa ovim mirisom te da istinski uziva u njemu. Cinjenica da bocicu nosi sa sobom na posao je bila sigurni znak da miris ima njegovo odobrenje. Rekao mi je da je ovo linearan miris koji intenzivno traje na njegovoj kozi 5h nakon cega se stisava. Sillage tj. aura je umjerena.

Christian Lacroix Ambre for Women EDP (50ml) is something unexpected. The alluring, beaming amber/orange bottle makes me think of extremely intense perfumes left to be worn on a few rare occasions. It was a relief to find out that this perfume is more tame than it looks. This is no femme fatale, this is no olfactory monster to scratch and bite throughout the day. Not falling into extremes might not sound as exciting but this perfume has a soul, a character and an edge. I appreciate the subtlety in the age of extremes. It initially smells as a mixture of zesty mandarin orange and the savoury yet sweet red berries in the opening. The heart consists of jasmine, palisander rosewood and the most delicate rose which is a perfect transition to the best bit – the fabulous base of amber and caramel. The citrusy start settles down quickly and you're left with a lovely smooth, delicious jasmine/rose, creamy amber and caramel. It's also linear and has a medium sillage (within arms range) and longevity (intense 4h after which is gradually starts to fade). It definitely isn't sugary sweet – just sweet enough to make you think of holidays, family gatherings, warm nights at home with a mug of cocoa and chilly wintry strolls when a loved one warms your hand in theirs. It's a great perfume for the winter party season and a little something you'll catch in the air coming from my favorite scarf.

Christian Lacroix Ambre za zene EDP (50ml) je parfem koji je pruzio neocekivan uzitak. Zavodljiva bocica pulsirajuce narandzaste boje me navela da mislim o notama izrazitog intenziteta koje je tesko iznijeti. Bilo je olaksanje spoznati da je ovaj parfem pitomiji no sto izgleda. Ovo nije femme fatale, nije olfaktorno cudoviste koje grize i stipa nosnice satima. To sto ne spada u neki ekstrem mozda ne golica mastu ali ovaj parfem itekako ima dusu, karakter i posebnost. Licno cijenim suptilnost i mjeru u vremenu ekstrema u kakvom zivimo. U pocetku on mirise na mjesavinu pikantne mandarine i prijatno kiselkasto/slatkih crvenih bobica. Srce mirisa se sastoji od jasmina, palisandera (ruzino drvo) i najdelikatnije ruze koja je savrsen prelaz u najljepsi dio ovog parfema – fantasticnu bazu od ambre i karamele. Citrusni pocetak se vrlo brzo umiri i sustina mirisa su ustvari glatki jasmin/ruza te kremasta ambra/karamela. Takodjer je linearan miris cija je aura srednjeg intenziteta (u dosegu ruku) ali i srednje trajnosti (4h intenzivnog mirisa nakon koje pocinje postepeno slabljenje). Definitivno se ne radi o secerno slatkom mirisu i karamela je savrseno ukomponirana sa ambrom. Nije presladak miris – ali je dovoljno sladak da vas navedete da mastate o praznicima, porodicnim skupovima, toplim nocima uz solju kakaa i prohladnim zimskim setnjama kada vam promrzle ruke grije voljena osoba. Divan je parfem za predstojecu sezonu zimskih okupljanja i zabava ali i nesto slatko ciji cete trag osjetiti u zraku da dopire sa mog omiljenog sala. Tokom kampanje 16 i posebne ponude, muski EDT miris kosta 25,90KM dok je zenski EDP dostupan po cijeni od 29,90KM. Sa obzirom da su pune cijene ovih mirisa dosta visoke svakako da je moja preporuka iskoristiti trenutne ili buduce pogodnosti.
