Little can be said about any hand cream as this is usually a straightforward product, however – this little hand cream is such a surprise in so many ways. I've written about the new Au Bresil collection by L'Occitane. Let me tell you that the new products are entirely different than anything you might have used/tried/tested by this brand before. The fragrances, design and even textures are way different. L'Occitane Vitoria Regia Hand Cream is no exception as it definitely stands apart from other hand creams I currently own by L'Occitane (Shea Butter and Red Cherry). The packaging is different as the tube features a new, fresh and Brazil-inspired ornaments. They depict huge Brazilian waterlilies (victoria regia) and the green Amazon. New hand cream also features a wider, ‘chubbier’ nozzle which is kinda handy. Fun fact: I've finally found out that the curious material L'Occitane hand creams is actually a mixture of plastic and aluminum.
Malo se toga moze napisati i reci o bilo kojoj kremi za ruke posto je kao proizvod prilicno jednostavna, ali – ova mala kremica mi je bila iznenadjenje na vise nacina od jednog. Pisala sam o novoj Au Bresil kolekciji brenda L'Occitane. Samo cu reci da su definitivno dosta drugaciji od svih prethodnih stvarcica koje sam isprobala i koristila kada je ovaj brend u pitanju. Mirisi, dizajn pa cak i teksture su drugacije. L'Occitane Vitoria Regia krema za ruke je definitivno nesto novo u odnosu na ostale L'Occitane kreme za ruke koje trenutno imam u rotaciji (karite puter i crvena tresnja). Pakovanje je takodjer blago izmijenjeno te je tubica obucena u novo i svjeze, Brazilom inspirisano ruho. Oslikana je gigantskim lotosima/lopocima (victoria regia) te je zeleni Amazon u pozadini. Nova kremica takodjer ima nesto sire, bucmastije ‘grlo’ sto mi je licno korisno. Zanimljiva cinjenica: napokon sam dobila i zvanicnu potvrdu da je neobicni materijal od kojeg su napravljene tubice L'Occitane krema za ruke ustvari mjesavina aluminija i plastike.
The smell is heavenly. Nothing you could smell from L'Occitane previously. It's described as a green, aquatic floral and I must say that the description is on point. It's so powdery fresh and aquatic at the same time whilst retaining a gentle floral note. It doesn't smell like peonies but it reminds me of a well-loved vintage perfume Yves Rocher Pivoine. It's definitely a unique scent that I've never sensed after I've used up my mini bottle (this was during my childhood) – until now. I think that people will seriously fall in love with it. As for the texture – I dare to say that it's better than the one Almond and Red Cherry have. I thought that those two had ideal summer hand cream potential but Vitoria Regia ($8/30ml) blows them off the water! It's silky as it contains Shea Butter but extremely light and oil-free at the same time. It isn't wattery at all but it somehow doesn't leave a single speck of residue. It also doesn't sink too fast into the skin. I guess that the vitoria regia extract is providing this amazing texture and if there is one product you need this summer and one product that you need to try from the L'Occitane Vitoria Regia collection – it's this little hand cream.
Miris je bozanstven. Ne slici niti jednom koji vezem za L'Occitane iz prethodnih linija. Opisan je kao zeleni, akvaticno-cvijetni miris i moram se sloziti da je opis vjeran. Tako je puderasto svjez i akvatican u isto vrijeme dok je takodjer prozet divnom cvijetnom notom. Ne mirise na bozur ali mene podsjeca na dosta cijenjen vintage parfem Yves Rocher Pivoine. Radi se o unikatnom mirisu koji nakon sto sam istrosila svoju mini keramicku bocicu (u djetinjstvu), nikada vise nisam osjetila – sve do sada. Zaista sam ubijedjena da ce se ljudima jako dopasti. Po pitanju teksture – usuditi cu se reci da je ova krema nadmasila Badem i Crvenu tresnju koje sam smatrala idealnim ljetnim kremama za ruke. Vitoria Regia (30ml/14KM) je neuporedivo prikladnija za koristenje tokom ljetnih mjeseci. Svilenkasta je posto je obogacena i karite puterom no istovremeno je nevjerovatno lagana i nemasna. Ako ste pomislile da je vodenasta – uopste nije i to me iznenadilo posto se automatski ne upije u kozu (nije previse lagana) ali ne ostavlja nikakav sloj na kozi. Pretpostaviti cu da je ekstrakt brazilskog vitoria regia lopoca/lotosa ustvari ‘krivac’ za ovu jedinstvenu teksturu te ako postoji jedan proizvod koji vam je potreban ovog ljeta i ako postoji jedna stvar koju trebate nabaviti iz L'Occitane Vitoria Regia kolekcije – to je ova kremica.
