Almond Chia Raspberry Glow Bowl

Doesn't the sight of this stunning bowl make you feel good? I hope so because I always, always feel better when I know I'm about to eat something so beautiful, so nutritious and so healthy. Not to mention - easy to make! I love power breakfast bowls, they're so convenient to make in batches, freeze and bring to work when needed. And you can make them any way you want. 

Now, I know that sometimes having too much choice can actually be confusing but today I want to simplify things for you: I'm about to give you a solid breakfast bowl raspberry base onto which you can add any toppings you have on hand. Of course, I will also suggest what works 100% but you feel free to eat it as it is because its deliciousness can only be amplified.

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1½ cup dmBIO almond milk, 1 tbsp dmBIO almond butter, 1 tbsp dmBIO chia seeds, ½ cup dmBIO oats

Toppings: dmBIO almond flakes, dmBIO chia seeds, dmBIO goji berries, dmBIO crunchy granola with apple and cinnamon, dark chocolate, coconut flour, pomegranate seeds, orange zest

Put smoothie ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into serving bowl and garnish with almond flakes, chia, granola, seeds, goji berries and dark chocolate. Enjoy!

  • Da li vas pogled na ovu zdjelu čini sretnima? Nadam se da čini jer znam da se ja uvijek osjećam dobro kada znam da ću pojesti nešto ovako lijepo, hranljivo i zdravo. Da još dodam - i lako za spremiti! Mnogo mi se sviđaju ove zdjelice pune zdravlja i sjajnih sastojaka koje pucaju od zdravlja, ukusa, mirisa, boja. Veoma ih je lako pripremiti tako da je dobra ideja napraviti malo veću količinu i podijeliti u zdjelice, spremiti u frižider te kasnije ponijeti na posao. 
  • Znam da se mogu napraviti od bukvalno bilo čega ali danas ću vam olakšati i dati vam prijedlog za malinastu osnovu koju kasnije možete ukrasiti po želji. Naravno, neću kriti da su i
    moji prijedlozi za ono čime je dekorisati odlični.
  • Sastojci: 1 zrela banana, 1 šolja smrznutih malina, cca 250ml dmBio bademovog mlijeka, 1 supena kašika dmBio bademovog butera, 1 supena kašika dmBio chia sjemenki, cca 110g dmBio zobenih pahuljica
  • Dekoracija: dmBio bademove ljuspice, dmBio chia sjemenke, dmBio goji bobice, dmBIO hrskava granola mješavina sa jabukom i cimetom, tamna čokolada, kokosovo brašno, sjemenke nara, norica narandže
  • Sve sastojke za smoothie ubaciti u blender i blendati dok se ne dobije srednje gusta smjesa. Preliti u zdjelu za serviranje te ukrasiti bademovim ljuspicama, chiom, sjemenkama, goji bobicama i tamnom čokoladom. Prijatno!

  1. Oh my gosh, this looks so delicious. It reminds me of an acai bowl but way prettier. I love this recipe, it seems so easy to make and so healthy too. I normally have a smoothie for breakfast but it just doesn't keep my full for long enough so I will give this a go and see if it works better for me. It looks so yummy

  2. E čim vidim tu ružičasto crvenu boju rastu mi zazubice i znam da je malina u pitanju .Malinu obožavam . I gledam te sastojke imam sve u kući osim bademovog mlijeka i butera.Nisam ih nikad pila i jela. Sinoć sam pravila smothi od banane ,malina,chia i ostalih sjemenki , stavim svašta u smothi i dosta često ga pijem na večer više mi paše. :)
